 Three EASY steps:
1.  Click on the CIA link to the left
2.  DOWNLOAD the CyberNet Interactive Accelerator
3.  Call CyberNet 1 during business hours for your Access Code
    (Office Hours:  Mon-Fri, 8:30am to 5pm)
4.  Install the program
5.  After installation, connect online and run CIA repair (program updates)
